How to share a marketing investment with your links rotator

Imagine you want to buy traffic from a very good marketing source such as a famous blog or online magazine. Maybe this is to high of a cost, too much for your budget and you can't afford it.  You can then use a rotator to share the traffic and the expenses with your partners.
