Problems with PayPal recurring payments

Did you tried to buy or upgrade your subscription plan using PayPal as the payment method and it did not worked?
Do not worry, it may happen, it is a known issue. In fact about 4% of the times PayPal is not processing new recurring payments.

We are working on implementing an alternative payment method. In the meanwhile here are some advice on how other customers solved the issue:

  1. Check you PayPal account (if you already have one), is active and you do not have administrative alert message (eg.: credit card exppired)
  2. Try to buy again.
  3. Try to buy using another browser.
  4. Try to create another user/subscription with ClickMeter then send an email with the new email you used and the email your are using on your current account. ClickMeter Administration will then switch the subscription from the new account to the current one manually.
  5. Use wire transfer as payment method, in this case you can only buy a discounted 12 or 24 month subscription.
