Why my PayPal payment didn’t go through?


There are multiple reasons why your PayPal payment may not have gone through. While your PayPal account is linked to ClickMeter, we do not have visibility into how PayPal processes your specific payment requests.

However, even if the recurring payment is active, in the case you have no balance on your PayPal account and/or you have no financials (credit/debit card or bank account) linked to your PayPal account or these financials had not balance, the payments could not be processed.   

We therefore recommend you to double check your PayPal account or contact directly PayPal Customer Service.
