How can I live chat with a ClickMeter expert?

In ClickMeter, we are working every day to offer the best possible customer support. We provide 24 hours support during the week days and timely monitoring during weekends. Our dedicated support center and Engineering team is always happy to assist, answering questions, providing setup tips and solving problems. We are organized to answer within 24 working hours, but normally the answers comes much faster.

The preferred way to contact us is to open a ticket in our support center but you can also email to support@clickmeter.com (a ticket will be automatically created) or even ask for a live chat. More info here. If you want to have a live chat with one of us, simply follow these steps:

Live chat from support center

  • Go in support center's home page
  • Click on the "LIVE CHAT" button at the top of the page.

  • Click on the "Find someone to chat with" and provide your details.

  • Then click on the "Begin chat" to start chatting. 

Live chat from ClickMeter platform (your account)

  • Go to the SUPPORT menu at the top of your ClickMeter account.
  • Select "Live support" from the drop down.

  • Click on the "Find someone to chat with" and provide your details.

  • Then click on the "Begin chat" to start chatting. 

 

Please note: 

  • Be sure to check the support centre articles before contacting the support.
  • Be prepared with your questions when you contact the support person. 
  • Higher plans get higher priority.
  • X-Large plans include a dedicated support account
