How to create and manage guest's subaccounts

ClickMeter allows users to create sub-accounts to allow full or partial access to guests to view reports in a users dashboard. ClickMeter users have the ability to provide guest either "read only" to "edit" permissions to one or more campaigns.  User's can also create "Master guests" that will allow guests be able to access and edit all reports.
