When I try to access ClickMeter Support Tickets my password does not work

if you are trying to follow a link to support ticket updates, if your are trying to submit an idea or performing any advanced activity/action in the ClickMeter Support Center then the system will ask you for a password.

Please note that, for security reasons the Support Center and you main ClickMeter account are two separate systems and the registration and log-in credentials are different, stored in completely separate databases.

The password for the support center and the ClickMeter Platform are different.
You can change/retrive your support center password here: http://support.clickmeter.com/access/help
